Protección Civil atiende desplome de elevador en Plaza Mítikah; autoridades de la Alcaldía Benito Juárez suspenden actividades

Con relación al incidente ocurrido en Plaza Mítikah, se informa que dos personas resultaron lesionadas tras el desplome de un elevador. Las víctimas son un hombre de 47 años y una mujer de 60, quienes presentan posibles luxaciones en la cabeza y en el fémur izquierdo, así como diversas contusiones.
Durante la caída, el elevador sufrió tres paradas, lo que provocó las lesiones mencionadas.
Por instrucciones del alcalde Luis Mendoza, se ha decidido evacuar la plaza y realizar una inspección exhaustiva en materia de protección civil para garantizar la seguridad del lugar.
“La seguridad de las personas es nuestra prioridad, vamos a revisar plaza Mítikah para que garanticen la seguridad de vecinos y visitantes. No vamos a tolerar fallas que pongan en riesgo a las personas”.
Personal de Protección Civil de la alcaldía Benito Juárez estableció un perímetro de seguridad en el inmueble y restringió el acceso. Las actividades no podrán reanudarse hasta que se subsanen las fallas.
Además, deberán entregarse las cartas responsivas correspondientes, emitidas por un director Responsable de Obra en materia estructural y de instalaciones, así como por un oficial responsable.
La Fiscalía General de Justicia de la CDMX tomó conocimiento de los hechos e inició las investigaciones por el presunto delito de lesiones culposas derivadas de la caída.
Se informa que los lesionados fueron trasladados al hospital más cercano y que la Alcaldía les brindará todo el apoyo que necesiten.
